1995: The 4th edition of Albert Bühlmann's monograph «Diving Medicine» is published with the support of Prof. Dr. med. E. Russi and Ernst B. Völlm.
1996: BSG Unternehmensberatung St. Gallen is commissioned by the University Hospital (Director Paul Stiefel) to prepare an expert report on the subject of «Review of the entire complex of questions concerning the pressure chamber laboratory (DKL) in terms of performance, finances and personnel, considering alternative possibilities and health policy aspects»; the report is dated 4 January 1996.
